The handmade quality of this bowl is evident in the subtly curving, organic lines.
The Linum Bowl is made by hand through a process of slip casting. It features a soft white glaze on the outside and a glossy light blue glaze on the inside. Made in Nathalie Lautenbacher's studio in Kauklahti, Finland.

Nathalie says, "Culturally ceramic vessel shapes refer to something simultaneously very permanent and fragile. In my newest works I consider the idea and value of searching and preserving as relevant themes. Vessels are like shelters, idea keepers.”
