WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE TO SHIP?

Moth utilizes FedEx for all U.S. shipping. FedEx offers ground service, through which customers receive their orders 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. Should you need your item quicker, please email us at info@mothchicago.com after placing your order, and we will do our best to send your shipment via 2nd day or next day shipping, although additional charges will apply.

Standard Ground service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes for delivery.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email confirmation after an order has been placed. Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking information for your package.

 

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we do, but they are not currently available for purchase or use online. If you would like to buy a gift card for in-store use, you can purchase one for any amount in-store or by phone. We can also ship it to the gift recipient in a card with a note at your request.

 

MY ORDER IS A GIFT. DO YOU OFFER WRAPPING SERVICES OR CARDS?

We can wrap the item in Japanese newspaper and twine, and we are happy to include a message to the recipient and a gift card receipt at your request. Please just send us a note at checkout. This service is not available for discounted items.

 

CAN YOU PROVIDE MORE SIZING INFORMATION?

Given that we stock items from many international designers, clothing fits vary. Please feel free to contact us for specific measurements and information on any item. We make every effort to note when items do not run true to size, but sizing may vary considerably between labels and even the same line.

WHERE EXACTLY ARE YOU LOCATED? HOW DO I GET THERE?

Our brick-and-mortar store is located in the Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago, which is northwest of the Loop. We are accessible by car, taxi and public transportation. By the L train, get off at the Damen blue line CTA station and either walk north on Damen Ave. for 10-15 minutes or hop onto the #50 northbound Damen bus. Moth is just north of Armitage Ave. stop. By car, exit I-90/94 at Armitage Ave. and head west until Damen Ave. Moth will be on your left hand side on Damen Ave.
