Hatashikkiten
Hatashikkiten is a family-run business founded in 1930 in Ishikawa, Japan. While much time has passed since then, Hatashikkiten continues to practice its original wood and uruishi lacquer technique under the leadership of Hata Manabu. The company often collaborates with well-known Japanese designers such as Mute Studio to combine traditional Japanese craftwork with modern shapes and color.
