Elegantly rendered in 18/8 Japanese stainless steel, this series of bowls, with their accompanying strainers and lids, is thoughtfully designed to deliver maximum utility. Each bowl features an unrolled edge for smooth pouring and easier clean-up. By using the flat strainer as a lid, fruits and vegetables can be washed and drained without them spilling out. Soft foods like tofu and feta cheese can be set directly on the strainer, their liquid draining into the bowl below. The lids can be used to cover the bowls for food storage, or used as trays to serve the food itself.
