SUSUMU Matcha Lipped Bowl
Details
The MATCHA-lipped bowl is a traditional size for matcha tea. In it, you mix the matcha green tea powder with hot water and whisk it vigorously in a zigzag motion until it is frothy. It is designed not for individual usage but for sharing in a group. The bowl comes lipped to easily serve matcha tea in teacups. This design takes a more modern approach.
The porcelain, which has a cream-like color and a matte texture, highlights the matcha tea color. OJI Masanori delicately designed this line in continuation of his dedication to SUSUMUYA.
Match with the SUSUMU teacup for a complete set.
This pourer is also ideal for serving sake, making it as functional as it is beautiful.
