The utensil features a soft, rounded stem, which fits comfortably in the hand.

Handcrafted in the Ki-To-Te studio located on the outskirts of Tokyo.

All of Mitsuru's utensils are coated with plant-based oil, which is food-safe and also brings out the beauty of the wood while protecting its natural texture.

With proper care, the wood will develop a beautiful sheen over time.
