Atsuko Ito

Atsuko Ito is a Japanese jewelry artist and designer known for her poetic, tactile approach to metalwork. She studied jewelry making in Florence, Italy, and began her career as an artist in the 1990s. Her production process is a reflection of an ongoing dialogue between the creativity of the artist and the unpredictability of the material. Each piece is by intention as well as by chance.
