Moth’s collection is curated by owner Catherine Becker, and inspired by her family’s connection to Nordic culture and a love of all things Japanese. Through her extensive travels in the Nordic countries and Japan, Catherine came to understand that there is a direct relationship between the two cultures and design sensibiities. Both have a high respect for craftmanship, simplicity and nature.

Every piece in the shop has a unique provenance. Catherine’s vision is for customers to immerse themselves in the Moth experience by learning the stories of the artists, designers, and details of the craft process and cultural tradition.

Moth’s collection of lifestyle products, home accessories, fashion and jewelry caters to people looking for design focused, unique and limited run items. Most items are not carried anywhere else in the United States.
