This XL shoulder bag is crafted from a durable cotton-linen blend and hand-dyed with persimmon tannins (kakishibu) in the studio of Tajima Masayoshi in Hachioji, Japan. A vintage fabric patch inspired by traditional Japanese boro adds character, while visible stitching and a richly textured finish showcase its handcrafted quality. The adjustable strap is attached with dyed wooden rings, sealed with a waterproof glass coating for added durability and moisture resistance. It can be worn over the shoulder or crossbody. The bag also includes one interior pocket.
As it is dyed with natural dyes, the color may fade over time and with repeated washing.
