This towel was designed by Japanese textile brand Mills Studio and handwoven in a family workshop in the western Indian district of Kutch. Made with kala cotton that is grown in the region without the use of pesticides. This cotton has a slab-like appearance when machine-spun into yearn and due to the short length of its fibers, has a rich and firm texture that softens with every wash. Can also be used as a scarf.
