A 90-gram jar of handcrafted and artisanal sea salt produced with the use of only geothermal energy in the remote Westfjords. Mixed with arctic thyme, a plant that grows on gravel soil and in dry heath lands only in Iceland, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands, which gives flakes a slightly floral flavor.
Made by Icelandic company Saltverk, which specializes in hand-harvested and sustainable salts made with traditions dating to the 17th century.
