Details

Enjoy a wide selection of one-of-a-kind patterns on these hand-dyed tenugui made in Japan by Kamawanu. Tenugui are functional and easy to use, as they can serve as washcloths, dishcloths, or hand towels when on the go. They are also often used as headbands, decorations, or for wrapping bottles or gifts.

The "chu-sen" technique of hand-dyeing dates back to the Meiji Period in Japan and continues to be used today by companies such as Kamawanu, who bring new life to the technique.

Washing this hand-dyed product may cause some color loss. Handwash separately from other items.

Dimensions

13.5 " X 35.5 "

Care

Hand wash separately. The weft may fray at either end, however this will stop and a fringe will form after approximately 1 cm has frayed.
