Kukicha Yuzu Tea
Details
Kukicha, or twig tea, is from Japan and is a blend of twigs and some leaves from the tea bush.
In this version of kukicha, the citrus fruit yuzu contributes citrus notes that also provide deep flavor notes of orange/grapefruit and mint.
Kagoshima is located at the southernmost tip of the island of Kyushu in southern Japan, the soil is mineral and the active volcano Sakurajima has a strong influence on the surrounding nature.
