Matcha Yamabuki is a high-grade culinary matcha, which means it has more of the natural bitters that enhance the flavor of green tea when blended in a fruit smoothie, on oatmeal or used in baking. The bitters are neutralized when this matcha is mixed with other foods.
Use approximately 1 teaspoon per large glass of smoothie.
Matcha Yamabuki can also be whipped as a traditional matcha and if you want more body, you can add a little hot (whipped) oat milk.
