A "chataku" is a Japanese term referring to a small, round saucer used to place a teacup on during a tea ceremony and usually made from lacquered wood.
These chataku are made with a brilliant red urushi lacquer with a black underside.
This set of 5 is in its original box and has never been used.
Dimensions
5 1/4" in diameter, 1" in height.
