Maeda Mitsuru handcrafts this round spatula-or mixing spoon-in his studio just outside Tokyo. The spoon is thoughtfully carved, making it as functional as it is beautiful.
The wood is finished with a food-safe, plant-based oil. To keep it in optimal condition, we recommend reapplying oil as needed to prevent drying or chipping.
