Translation missing: en.products.general.regular_price $228.00

This sleek iron frying pan, made to cook tamagoyaki, or omelets, features a minimalist form that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but is sturdy and durable.  The laminated bamboo handle is ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in the palm, and the 2mm thickness is apt for cooking tamagoyaki.  Rust-resistant through Oxynit processing, this pan is certainly a handy tool to have in the kitchen.  Fits about three eggs.

Heat up the pan until very hot. Add a ladle of vegetable oil and coat the pan’s surface evenly. Discard any excess oil.

Allow to cool a little. While the pan is still warm, use paper towels to wipe the pan clean.

Wash with warm water, using a mild detergent and a sponge. Dry well before storing.

Do not use any sharp or very hard utensils to avoid damaging the OXYNIT treatment.
When you find it hard to clean, use a stiff natural fibre brush.
Rust remover cleaner can be used for any surface oxidisation.

Always wash and dry the pan immediately and lightly oil before storing. The handles are made of laminated bamboo and are not suitable for oven use. Not dishwasher or oven safe.
