Nobue Ibaraki's collection of earthenware works is all hand-built with natural glazes that evoke buried treasure. No two works are alike. The slight metallic appearance is the result of the chemical reaction to the firing, obtained with glazes containing cobalt or copper and clays composed of other metals as well. Materials are sourced locally in Tajimi, Japan.
These pitchers feature a unique silhouette with a swooping spout and thin, elegant handle. Use for serving tea or as a vessel for displaying flowers.
