Handwoven from natural mountain vine (akebi or yamabudō), this rustic Japanese basket features an open lattice weave, a braided rim, and a wrapped carrying handle.

Originally used for gathering and storage, this versatile basket now makes a beautiful magazine holder, display basket, or decorative accent in the home.

The sturdy handle also allows the basket to be hung on the wall for displaying dried flowers or branches.
